Working life is constantly evolving and organizational changes become a natural part of daily operations. Studies have shown a relationship between organizational change and illness. Good working conditions benefits health, organization and society. Through a commission from a municipal organization, a study was conducted with a purpose to investigate employees' experience of an organizational change and its effect on health. A qualitative method was used to answer the purpose of the study and a purposeful selection was considered appropriate for the study.
